The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa North Local Government, Hon. Lawal Lateef Akorede, has felicitated with the Oyo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Dr. Ademola Obafemi Ojo, popularly known as “Ijaya,” as he celebrates his 64th birthday anniversary.
Hon. Akorede described the commissioner as a distinguished public servant, experienced administrator and committed leader whose contributions to grassroots development and effective local government administration have continued to impact positively on the people of Oyo State.
He commended Hon. Ojo for his dedication to duty, wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to strengthening the relationship between the state government and local government councils across Oyo State.
According to him, the commissioner’s leadership and passion for service have contributed immensely to the smooth administration of local governments and the advancement of grassroots governance in the state.
Hon. Akorede prayed that Almighty God would grant the celebrant continued good health, wisdom, strength and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
He said, “On behalf of myself, my family, the good people of Ibarapa North Local Government and the entire council administration, I warmly celebrate with our amiable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Dr. Ademola Obafemi Ojo ‘Ijaya’, on the occasion of his 64th birthday.
