A community leader and Sonmori Adini of Oyo Kingdom, Alhaji Babatunde Ologburo, has congratulated the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde, and his wife, Her Excellency, Engr. Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, on their conferment and installation with prestigious chieftaincy titles by the people of Ibarapaland.
Governor Makinde was honoured with the title of Aare Asoludero of Ibarapaland, while his wife was conferred with the distinguished title of Yeye Asoludero of Ibarapaland.
In his congratulatory message, Ologburo described the honours as well-deserved recognition of the Makindes’ contributions to the development and progress of Oyo State, particularly the Ibarapa axis.
He commended Governor Makinde for his commitment to inclusive governance, infrastructural development and policies aimed at improving the welfare and living conditions of residents across the state.

According to him, the conferment of the titles reflects the appreciation of the people of Ibarapaland for the governor’s leadership, dedication and efforts toward advancing the socio-economic development of the region.
Ologburo also congratulated Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, describing her recognition as a fitting acknowledgement of her support for her husband and her contributions to humanitarian and community-oriented causes.
He prayed for continued wisdom, good health and success for the Governor and his wife as they continue to serve the people of Oyo State and contribute to the development of the state.
He further expressed confidence that the conferment of the chieftaincy titles would strengthen the bond between the Makinde administration and the traditional institutions and people of Ibarapaland.
