As Muslims across the globe commemorate Maulud Nabiyu, the Yeyeluwa Agbesinga of Ibadanland, Yeyeluwa Abosede Adedibu, has extended her heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim community, calling for sustained unity, peace, compassion, and mutual understanding.
In a statement, the Adedibu Matriarch described the celebration as a significant occasion for Muslims to reflect on the life, teachings, and exemplary virtues of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), particularly his commitment to peace, kindness, humility, tolerance, and service to humanity.
Yeyeluwa Adedibu urged Muslims to use the occasion to strengthen bonds of brotherhood and promote peaceful coexistence within their communities and across Nigeria. She emphasized that the lessons of the Prophet should extend beyond the celebration and continue to guide individuals in their daily interactions and responsibilities.
She also called on Nigerians, irrespective of religious or ethnic background, to embrace unity, compassion, and respect for one another, stressing that these values remain essential for the peace, stability, and progress of the nation.

The Yeyeluwa Agbesinga of Ibadanland prayed for continued peace, prosperity, and divine blessings for Muslim faithful, Ibadanland, Oyo State, and Nigeria as a whole.
She wished all Muslims a happy and spiritually rewarding Maulud Nabiyu celebration.
