The Allied People’s Movement (APM) House of Representatives candidate for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Engr Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT, has felicitated a former commissioner and respected APM chieftain in Lagelu Local Government Area, Alhaji Oribayo Okeyode, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message, Toheeb described Alhaji Okeyode as an elder statesman, political leader and a man whose years of service to the people have earned him enduring respect across Lagelu and beyond.
He said celebrating Alhaji Okeyode was not merely about marking another year in his life, but an opportunity to honour a distinguished public servant whose contributions to governance, community development and the growth of the APM family remain worthy of recognition.
According to Toheeb, Alhaji Okeyode represents the kind of leadership that places service above personal interest and values experience, humility and commitment to the people.
“Today, I celebrate not only your birthday, but the remarkable journey of a respected leader, an elder and a man who has dedicated a significant part of his life to serving the people.

The APM candidate particularly commended Alhaji Okeyode for his steadfastness and contributions to the party, describing his experience and wisdom as valuable assets to the political family in Lagelu and Oyo State.
Toheeb said political leadership requires patience, sacrifice and the ability to remain committed to one’s people even when circumstances are challenging, adding that Alhaji Okeyode had continued to demonstrate these qualities.
