The atmosphere in the Agbaje community of Ido Local Government was filled with profound emotion, warmth, and renewed political hope as the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency, Engr. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji (KSA), embarked on a historic homecoming visit to the land where he was birthed and raised.
The visit was more than a political tour, it was a poignant reunion between a committed community builder and the grassroots people who watched him grow.
KSA was warmly received by a large gathering of community youth, elders, landlords, and landladies who trooped out in their numbers to welcome their own son back home.
During the interactive sessions, KSA engaged deeply with the stakeholders, listening to their current developmental aspirations and sharing his legislative vision centered on effective representation, infrastructure enhancement, and grassroots empowerment ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Community Leaders Recall Years of Selfless Impact
Speaking on behalf of the landlords and landladies, community representatives took turns to recount KSA’s long standing dedication to the welfare of Agbaje. They noted that his philanthropic footprints predated his political ambitions, pointing to numerous interventions he had selflessly executed for the community.
Among the glowing testimonies was his swift and decisive intervention when the community’s electricity transformer developed a major fault, plunging the entire area into prolonged darkness. Residents recalled how KSA stepped in to fund and oversee the repairs, successfully restoring light and economic life back to the neighborhood.
Beyond electricity, community elders cataloged multiple instances where KSA extended a helping hand to support vulnerable households, youth initiatives, and local infrastructure needs.
“KSA is not a politician who comes to us only during election seasons; he is our son, our brother, and a proven helper who has always stood by Agbaje in times of need. When our transformer packed up and darkness fell on us, he was the pillar that brought back the light.
We know his capacity, his integrity, and his heart for service,” one of the community leaders remarked.
The youth wing of the community equally expressed immense pride in KSA’s candidacy, describing him as a shining ambassador of Ido/Ibarapa East whose emergence at the National Assembly would guarantee robust and purposeful representation.
In a unanimous declaration, the landlords, landladies, and youths of Agbaje community pledged their total, unflinching commitment to the electoral victory of Engr. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji (KSA) and all other APM candidates in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
They assured him that the community would mobilize its full voting strength to ensure a landslide victory at the polls as a testament to their faith in his leadership.
In his response, an emotion laden KSA expressed deep gratitude to his home community for the overwhelming show of love, prayers, and solidarity. He reaffirmed that his commitment to the development of Agbaje and the entire Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency remains unshakeable, promising to take the yearnings of the grassroots to the national stage if given the mandate.
