APM Leader, Alhaji Abdulrasheed Aremu Adebisi Olopoeyan, Receives Hundreds of Decampees from APC and ADC in Ibadan

In a significant boost to the growing strength of the Action People’s Movement (APM) in Oyo State, the party leader, Alhaji Abdulrasheed Aremu Adebisi Olopoeyan, today welcomed hundreds of decampees from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) from Ido Local Government.

The reception took place at Alhaji Olopoeyan’s residence in Basorun, Ibadan, where party leaders, loyalists, and supporters gathered to receive the new members into the APM family.

Speaking during the reception, Alhaji Olopoeyan warmly welcomed the decampees and commended them for their courage and conviction in joining the APM. He assured them that the party remains an inclusive platform where every member is valued and has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Oyo State. He also urged them to remain united, committed, and focused on the collective mission of providing purposeful leadership and good governance for the people.

The decampees expressed their confidence in the leadership and vision of Alhaji Olopoeyan, stating that their decision to join the APM was inspired by his unwavering commitment to grassroots development, justice, fairness, and the welfare of the people.

The massive defection from the APC and ADC in Ido Local Government further underscores the increasing popularity and acceptance of the APM across Oyo State. It is a clear indication that more citizens are identifying with the party’s ideals and are determined to be part of a movement committed to positive change.
