The House of Representatives Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT, has congratulated the Political Head of Akinyele East Local Council Development Area (LCDA) and Executive Secretary of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Kassim Adekunle Ahmed, popularly known as Kagara, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Monday, ADLAT described the celebrant as a committed grassroots administrator whose leadership continues to contribute to the growth and development of Akinyele Local Government.
The APM House of Representatives candidate commended Kagara’s dedication to public service, noting that his calm approach to leadership, accessibility, and commitment to the welfare of the people have earned him respect within and beyond the local government.
According to ADLAT, effective leadership is built on service, humility, and the ability to remain connected to the people, adding that Hon. Kagara has continued to demonstrate these qualities in the discharge of his responsibilities.
