The Executive Chairman of Lagelu local government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen has described Chief. Benedict Akika as “a man who goes about doing good,” praising the prominent Allied People’s Movement (APM) chieftain for his unwavering commitment to community development and humanitarian service.
Reflecting on a day marking a new chapter in Chief Akika’s life and service, Chairman Kamorudeen highlighted the philanthropist’s numerous interventions that have transformed lives across Oyo State.
“Agba-akin Benedict Akika isn’t just a leader who distinguishes himself in all; he is a rare gem who walks in the footsteps of true service. He goes about doing good, touching the lives of the widow, the artisan, the less privileged, and the youth.
His impact is felt in every corner where help is needed,” Chairman Kamorudeen stated.

The Lagelu helmsman further noted that Akika’s brand of leadership transcends politics, embodying genuine love for humanity.
