The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Senator (Dr) Sharafadeen Alli, on Monday redeemed his N25 million pledge to traders at Bode Market, reaffirming his commitment to grassroots economic development and traders’ welfare.
Alli, represented by Oloye Sina Alabi, the Ibadan North Local Government Renewed Hope Ambassador, and Chief Olugbenga Olayemi, National Deputy Auditor of the All Progressives Congress (APC), presented the check to the traders led by the Iyaloja of Bode Market, Mrs. Sikiratu Makinde, at the market in Ibadan
Speaking at the event, Oloye Alabi said Senator Alli remained committed to supporting small businesses and improving the livelihoods of traders across Oyo State.

Alabi described the gesture as a demonstration of Alli’s sincerity, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the welfare of ordinary citizens.
Alabi noted that the APC governorship candidate recognized the vital role market men and women play in sustaining the state’s economy, adding that greater opportunities awaited traders under an APC-led administration.
The presentation was witnessed by the APC Deputy National Auditor, Hon. Gbenga Olayemi, and Dr. Tunji Olanipekun, who commended the traders for their support and confidence in the party.
Receiving the check on behalf of the traders, the Iyaloja of Bode Market, Mrs. Sikiratu Makinde, expressed appreciation to Senator Alli for fulfilling his promise.
Makinde described the gesture as timely and impactful, assuring the APC governorship candidate of the continued support and prayers of the traders.
