Organisers of the prestigious Oyo Social Media and Distinguished Personalities’ (OYSMA) Awards 2026 have announced an official call for performing artistes, unveiling opportunities for talented individuals to showcase their skills on a grand stage.
The organisers said the initiative is aimed at discovering, promoting, and projecting emerging creative talents across Oyo State and beyond, describing the 2026 edition as a “vibrant platform for artistic excellence and cultural expression.”
According to the announcement, interested performers can apply across six categories, including Masters of Ceremony (MCs), EWI (poetry/traditional chant), comedy, dance (all styles), spoken word/drama, and musical performances.
The organisers noted that the platform is designed not only for entertainment but also for career advancement, offering participants opportunities for exposure, networking, media visibility, and brand development.
