MABAJE described the holy month of Ramadan as a unique Islamic month while Muslims abstain from drinking, eating, prohibited discussions and sexual pleasure from morning till sunset.

The Chairman House Committee on Commerce and Trades investments urged adherents of Islam to pay due submission to all commandments guiding Ramadan and however renew their connection with Allah.

He said, ” as you embarked on this sacred journey of Ramadan 2024 , remember it’s a time to cleanse the soul, purify the heart, and renew your connection with ALLAH”.

” It’s a time to embrace patience, to give generously, and to seek forgiveness. May you find strength in your devotion and may your fasts be accepted”.

Mabaje added, “remember, the reward of patience is greater than the momentary discomfort. Utilize this time to nourish your soul, to become a better version of yourself, and to spread kindness and love”.

May this Ramadan bring you utmost peace and prosperity. May it cleanse your sins and bring you closer to ALLAH”.

Stay strong, stay blessed, and remember Oyo State and Nigeria at large in your prayers during the days and nights”.
