*I’ll Remain Focused On Service To The People — Agboworin* …Lauds Makinde’s Leadership Role In Oyo PDP

The lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituency of Oyo State, Abass Adigun Agboworin, has extended warm wishes to his constituents as the month of April begins, reaffirming his unwavering commitment to selfless service and effective representation.

Agboworin, a two-term member of the House of Representatives and Chairman, House Committee on Narcotic Drugs, in his new month message, emphasized that his focus remains on delivering impactful and people-oriented representation that addresses the needs and aspirations of his constituents.

“I will remain focused on service to the people. Leadership, at every level, is a responsibility that must be approached with sincerity, dedication, and the fear of God,” he stated.

While urging residents to embrace the new month with hope and renewed determination, the federal lawmaker also commended the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, for his pragmatic and people-centered leadership style.

According to him, Governor Makinde’s steady hand in governance and his stabilising influence within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have continued to strengthen public confidence and promote sustainable development across the state.

“His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has demonstrated exemplary leadership through policies and initiatives that directly impact the lives of the people. His style of governance continues to inspire many of us in public service,” he noted.

Agboworin further stressed that the progress witnessed in Oyo State in recent years is a reflection of purposeful leadership, strategic planning, and a genuine commitment to the welfare of the people.

Reiterating his loyalty to the PDP and its leadership, he called on party faithful and stakeholders to remain united, stressing that unity and collective effort are essential to sustaining achievements and advancing development goals.

“As a party and a strong opposition, our strength lies in our unity. We must continue to work together in harmony to consolidate the gains we have recorded and to build a more prosperous future for our people,” he added.

He concluded by wishing all residents of the constituency and Oyo State at large a peaceful, productive, and fulfilling month of April, urging them to remain steadfast, law-abiding, and supportive of initiatives that foster growth and community development.
