Oyo lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North state Constituency, Hon. Bisi Oluranti Micheal, has felicitated with Hon. Toyin Balogun, the commissioner for women affairs and social inclusion on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
In a message on Tuesday, the lawmaker described the celebrant as an astonishing woman of her words who has done wonderfully well as far as democratic governance is concerned.
