The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of the 2026 Ramadan fast.

 

He described the holy month as a period of profound spiritual renewal, self-discipline, and communal solidarity. “As we mark the end of this blessed Ramadan, I rejoice with all Muslims in Ido Local Government, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large for your unwavering devotion and sacrifices,” he said. “May the blessings of this Ramadan usher in peace, unity, and prosperity for our communities.”

 

The Chairman prayed fervently for divine enablement for more people to witness future Ramadans in good health and strength. He further implored Allah to grant accelerated progress, development, and harmony across Oyo State and Ido Local Government in particular. “Let us carry forward the lessons of Ramadan like compassion, generosity, and piety into our daily lives as we build a brighter future together,” he added.

 

Hon. Sheriff Adeojo further urged residents to sustain the spirit of togetherness and support local development initiatives, assuring continued commitment to inclusive governance that benefits all.
