The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, popularly known as “O MU YES,” has paid a condolence visit to the elders of Saint Peters Church Aremo following the demise of Late Pa Oladiti.

During the visit, Hon. Akintayo described the late Pa Oladiti as a respectful, humble and devoted believer who lived a life of strong faith and service to God and humanity. He noted that the deceased left behind a legacy of integrity and commitment to Christian values, urging the church elders and members to sustain his good works.

The Chairman advised the elders to prioritize their health by engaging in regular medical check-ups, stressing that good health is essential for continued service in God’s vineyard and community development. He encouraged them to remain steadfast in faith and continue propagating the works of God, especially during the sacred Lenten season.

In a show of compassion and solidarity, Hon. Akintayo distributed Lenten packages to the elders to support them during the ongoing Lent fast.

In response, the elders of Saint Peter’s Church Aremo offered fervent prayers for the Chairman, appreciating his thoughtfulness, leadership style, and unwavering support for religious bodies within the local government. They prayed for divine wisdom, strength, and continued success in his administration.
