An Ibadan South-West Constituency I lawmaker at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Honourable Yusuf Adebisi, has showered encomiums on the Chairman of Ibadan South-West Local Government, Honourable Kehinde Akande, praising his visionary leadership, outstanding achievements and people-centred style of administration.
