Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Bibire, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has extended warm felicitations to the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi, on the occasion of his birthday.
