In the ever-evolving political space of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, one name continues to stand out like a lighthouse in a storm — Dr. Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE). Synonymous with hope, compassion, and visible impact, OTOPE, like the legendary Diego Maradona, has continued to keep his eyes on the ball, delivering people-centred humanitarian service that speaks louder than any campaign rhetoric.

Long before political drums began to beat, the OTOPE Foundation had already put its hands to the plough, becoming a dependable lifeline for many families across Egbeda and Ona-Ara. From educational assistance and scholarships for indigent students, to the distribution of school materials, medical outreaches, and health intervention programmes, OTOPE’s touch has been felt where it matters most — at the grassroots.

Beyond education and health, the foundation has gone the extra mile by providing food relief and essential items to vulnerable households, while also empowering youths and women through skills acquisition, financial support, and economic empowerment initiatives. In moments of hardship and uncertainty, OTOPE has walked the talk, showing up not with fine words, but with timely action.

What truly separates OTOPE from the crowd is consistency. His humanitarian service is not a flash in the pan nor driven by election cycles, but rooted in conviction and empathy. He listens, engages, and responds with practical solutions, earning him the grassroots description as the “Maradona” of humanitarian service — always on the move, always delivering, and never missing the target.

As conversations around leadership and representation gather momentum in Egbeda/Ona-Ara, one fact remains as clear as daylight: records do not lie. The footprints of the OTOPE Foundation are boldly written in classrooms, health centres, markets, and homes across the constituency.

At a time when the people are yearning for leadership that can hit the ground running, it is evident that Dr. Temitope Oladimeji has paid his dues. With his proven track record and people-first approach, he clearly deserves to represent the good people of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency at the National Assembly come 2027.

This is not propaganda.

This is not wishful thinking.

This is lived experience.

This is OTOPE — service with heart, impact with integrity.
