Chief Mrs Mojinoluwa Akande, wife of the Ibadan South West Local Government Chairman, hosted a heartwarming end-of-year party for children in the community. The event was a whirlwind of fun activities, music, games, and gift-giving, spreading joy and creating lasting memories for the little ones.

The party venue, Mini Mapo Hall, was buzzing with excitement as children laughed, played, and danced together, enjoying every moment of the celebration. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the sounds of laughter and music, and the air was thick with the spirit of togetherness.
Speaking at the gathering, Chief Mrs Mojoyinoluwa Akande stressed the importance of inclusiveness, compassion, and caring for every child, regardless of background or origin. She said the celebration aimed to spread hope, strengthen social bonds, and remind children of their value in society. “Every child deserves love, care, and attention,” she emphasised.

The wife of the Local Government Vice Chairman, Alhaja Adigun, joined in the celebration, sharing joy with children and women leaders from all 12 wards. HLGA Alhaja Olatoyosi Amudat also added to the festive atmosphere, offering prayers and cheering on the participants.
