A member of the House of Representatives, Rep. Abass Adigun (Agboworin), has congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary, describing him as an outstanding leader and an iconic governor whose impact continues to resonate across the state.
In a congratulatory message issued by his Media Group in Ibadan, Agboworin praised Governor Makinde’s people-centred leadership style, noting that his administration has set new benchmarks in governance, infrastructural development, and inclusive growth in Oyo State.
According to the lawmaker, Governor Makinde’s tenure has been marked by bold reforms, transparency, and a deep commitment to improving the welfare of the people, particularly in the areas of education, healthcare, road infrastructure, and workers’ welfare.

He prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and good health for Governor Makinde, expressing confidence that the governor would continue to deliver purposeful leadership and greater dividends of democracy to the people of Oyo State.
