Today, I joyfully join millions of well-meaning sons and daughters of Oyo State to celebrate an exceptional leader, a refined technocrat, and a compassionate servant of the people as His Excellency, Engr. Abiodun Seyi Makinde marks his 58th birthday.
Your Excellency, your leadership has continued to stand as a testament to purposeful governance, prudence, and people-centred development. Through vision, discipline, and unwavering commitment, you have redefined public service and restored hope to countless citizens across Oyo State. Your administration’s deliberate investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, and human capital development remain enduring legacies that speak louder than words.
Indeed, history will remember this era as a season when governance was driven by sincerity, accountability, and empathy. Your calm strength, intellectual depth, and steadfast resolve in the face of challenges have inspired confidence and trust, not only within Oyo State but beyond.
