Development in Egbeda Local Government has received another boost as the Executive Chairman, Hon. Sanda Oyedele Sikiru, officially begins the construction of hydraulic structures, earthworks and asphaltic tarring of the Agoro Junction to Nigerian Breweries Road.

The project, being handled by A-B Bond Habitat Limited, is designed to improve road accessibility, reduce flooding challenges, and enhance the movement of goods and residents in this fast-growing axis.

Hon. Sanda noted that the road expansion aligns with the local government’s commitment to providing quality infrastructure that supports economic activities and improves citizens’ welfare.

This initiative follows the recently completed construction of the Monatan Junction (beside SAO Filling Station) – Adogba – Ebenezery Road, which now provides a smoother link to the Iyana Church–Alakia Road for motorists and businesses.

The chairman used the opportunity to thank His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde for his pragmatic leadership hence assured residents that more people-focused projects are underway to continue transforming Egbeda and its communities.
