Distinguished leaders of our great party, respected elders, stakeholders, women, youths, and the entire good people of Ogbomoso North Local Government, I greet you all with humility, honour, and sincere gratitude. Today marks another important chapter in my journey of service. I stand before you not as someone seeking recognition, but as someone who has remained loyal, consistent, and dedicated to the growth of our constituency and to the progress of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

As many of you know, I contested for the Oyo State House of Assembly seat in 2023 under our great party. Although the ticket did not favour me at that time, I accepted the outcome with faith, believing strongly that God’s time is always the best. Despite the disappointment, I continued to give my all to the party, supporting our structures, our programs, and our people.

There was a point after the 2023 election when frustration and disappointment overwhelmed me so deeply that I considered leaving the People’s Democratic Party. I felt neglected and discouraged after all the sacrifices and contributions I had made. But at that crucial moment, elders and stakeholders of the party reached out to me. They spoke to me with wisdom, counselled me with genuine love, and encouraged me with the reassuring words that God’s time is the best. As a responsible person raised from a good and disciplined family, I listened to them with respect and yielded to their advice. Their words strengthened my spirit, restored my courage, and reminded me that loyalty always has its reward.

My belief has always been that leadership is not determined by position but by impact. With that conviction, and by the grace of God, I have continued to serve my people even without holding any political office. My community development efforts include:

1. Employment of over 150 individuals under the BSQUARE Group of Companies in Ogbomoso.

2. Distribution of free JAMB forms to nearly 50 students in Ogbomoso.

3. Scholarship payments for 30 LAUTECH students.

4. Cash empowerment initiatives for over 200 traders in Ogbomoso.

5. First batch of free food distribution to over 200 individuals through the BSQUARE Movement.

6. Second batch of food distribution reaching over 1,000 residents of Ogbomoso.

7. Free fuel support for over 100 Okada riders, Maruwa operators, and pepper-grinder owners in Ogbomoso.

8. PVC sensitization and mobilization drive that helped many residents obtain their Permanent Voter Cards.

9. Scholarships for over 30 primary and secondary school students.

10. Equipment empowerment, including sewing machines, grinding machines, farming tools, hairdressing equipment, and more.

All these achievements were driven by passion, not politics—by love for my people, not by the pursuit of a title.

My fathers, mothers, leaders, youths, and the entire PDP family, after deep reflection, sincere prayers, and wide consultations, I stand before you today to officially declare my intention to contest once again for the position of Member, Oyo State House of Assembly, representing Ogbomoso North Local Government under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2027 elections.

I come forward not out of desperation, but because I believe Ogbomoso North deserves a strong voice in the House of Assembly; a representative who is accessible, accountable, and ready to serve; a servant-leader who has proven capacity, character, and compassion.

If you, our respected leaders and the wonderful people of Ogbomoso North, entrust me with your support and mandate in 2027, I promise never to let you down. I will represent you with integrity, dignity, and unwavering commitment. I will continue to uplift our youths, empower our women, support our market traders, promote education, and pursue legislative actions that will bring real development to our constituency.

Together, we can build a stronger, more united, and more prosperous Ogbomoso North.

Together, we can strengthen the People’s Democratic Party.

Together, we can deliver meaningful progress to every home in our constituency.
