Dr. GLORIOUS Salutes Gov. Makinde’s Nation-Building Leadership, Celebrates Amb. Arapaja’s Emergence as PDP National Secretary

The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has applauded the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde FNSE, for delivering a peaceful, transparent, and unifying Elective National Convention of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) held in Ibadan.

In a statement released by his Press Secretary, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, Dr. Temitope described the convention as “a defining democratic milestone that has repositioned the PDP for renewed national strength and relevance.”

He commended Governor Makinde for his firmness, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to stabilizing the party at a critical moment.
According to him, “Governor Makinde’s loyalty, political maturity, and dedication to party cohesion were instrumental in steering the PDP away from crisis and restoring the trust of members across the country.”

Dr. Kolapo also congratulated Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja on his emergence as the National Secretary of the PDP, describing the victory as richly deserved and reflective of his longstanding service, loyalty, and grassroots goodwill.

He expressed confidence that Ambassador Arapaja’s administrative depth and vast political experience will further strengthen the party and enhance its organisational capacity nationwide.

Dr. Temitope Kolapo reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of Ona Ara Local Government to the progressive ideals of the PDP and pledged continuous support for the visionary leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde as the party charts a new path toward unity, progress, and national development.
