Hon. Bisi Oluranti Micheal, the Oyo State lawmaker for Ogbomoso North State Constituency, has congratulated Chief Babatunde Tijani on earning a Master’s in Peace, Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the University of Ibadan.

The convocation, held recently, highlighted Chief Tijani as a pioneer in conflict resolution, humanitarian work and refugee advocacy—areas of growing national and global relevance.
In her congratulatory message on Saturday, the lawmaker described the achievement a beacon of excellence and a testament to education’s power to shape leadership.

She noted that Chief Tijani not only elevated himself but also proved that those around Governor Makinde are thoughtful, humanitarian intellectuals.
