Jimoh Adisa Olabisi (JAO), a grassroots mobilizer and aspirant for Oyo State House of Assembly in Oorelope State Constituency, has expressed deep appreciation for Governor Seyi Makinde’s leadership style and maturity. This commendation follows the successful and peaceful Peoples Democratic Party state congress held at Adamasigba Stadium on Monday, which marked another milestone in consolidating internal democracy within the party.

In a statement on Tuesday, JAO commended Governor Makinde for providing an atmosphere of peace, inclusiveness, and fairness that made the congress a model for others nationwide.
He noted that the unity and discipline exhibited by delegates and stakeholders demonstrate the party’s readiness to deliver purposeful governance and maintain the trust of Oyo State’s people.

JAO congratulated the State Chairman, his Deputy, and the Oyo North Senatorial Chairman, while extending gratitude to loyal PDP members across the 33 local government areas for their unwavering commitment to the party’s ideals.

The House of Assembly hopeful urged members to remain steadfast and continue supporting Governor Makinde’s administration for further development in the state.
According to JAO, the peaceful conduct of the congress is not just a victory for the party but a signal of greater victories to come in the future.
He, however, demonstrated his gratitude by organizing a warm reception for PDP delegates from Oorelope Local Government, thanking party stakeholders for making PDP a peaceful and accommodating home for all.
