Prominent PDP chieftain and philanthropist, Hon. (Dr.) Temitope Oladimeji, fondly called OTOPE, has extended heartfelt greetings and congratulations to the newly elected executives of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, following the successful conduct of the 2025 State Congress held on Monday September 29th, 2025 at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan.

This goodwill message was made available to newsmen by Dr. OTOPE’s Special Assistant on Media and Public Communication, Egalitarian Segun Akinlabi.

Dr. Oladimeji particularly celebrated the state vice chairman, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, the new State Financial Secretary, Hon. Mufutau Ogunremi, and other state executive members who emerged, describing their victories as a reward for loyalty, resilience, and service to both the people and the party.

He further commended Governor Seyi Makinde, FNSE, for his exemplary leadership and for fostering peace, inclusiveness, and stability within the party — qualities that, according to him, made the congress a resounding success.

“This congress is a victory for democracy and for the people of Oyo State. I congratulate our new executives and urge them to lead with humility, dedication, and unity of purpose. Together, we can continue to strengthen PDP as a true party of the people and sustain the progress being enjoyed across Oyo State under Governor Makinde’s leadership,” Dr. Oladimeji stated.
