Ooni of Ife to Visit Olubadan-Designate, Oba Rashidi Ladoja in Historic Show of Unity

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, is set to pay a historic visit to the Olubadan-designate, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, in a move aimed at strengthening unity and deepening traditional ties between the two foremost Yoruba thrones.

The visit is expected to take place between 10am to 1pm tomorrow (Sunday).

The visit has been described as a major step towards promoting peace, cultural understanding, and solidarity among Yoruba monarchs.

The visit is not just ceremonial; it is symbolic of the unity which must continue to be upheld among Yoruba traditional institutions.”
