A host of peoples democratic party faithfuls and stakeholders in Lagelu have made donations to the Kamoru/Sadiq local electioneering campaign in the local government area.

In the early hours of Tuesday, the party faithfuls and its stakeholders gathered at Macadof Hotel in Oki— for a voluntary intra-party support towards the local government election campaign.

At the event on Tuesday, Chief. Babatunde Tijani (Double-T), Engr. Festus Alade (Macadof), Hon. Kazeem Gbadamosi, Hon. Akintunde Emmanuel, Oloye Benedict Akika, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen made donations of a million naira each— with many other generous stakeholders inclusive of Hon. Abideen Adetokunbo Adeaga, Chief. Oribayo Okeyode, Elder Fabunmi Kemfab, local party chairman Femi Falowo, Hon. Biodun Badmus, Hon. Suraj Abiodun Tiamy, members of PDP leaders and elders caucus, serving local government councilors, Supers and SAs, local youth leaders, and a number of party faithfuls- on other donation thresholds to the electioneering campaign.

The donation has been widely regarded as a new development that had party men and women generously donated to an electioneering campaign in the local government area.

While making his donation on Tuesday, the chairman of Lagelu local government, Hon. Kazeem Gbadamosi gave the assurance of his continuing support to the campaign of his succession candidate.

In his own reactions at the event, Bobaselu of Orile-Igbon, Chief Babatunde Tijani (Double-T) averted that the electioneering campaign is a top priority for all party faithfuls in the local government area.

Expressing his delight at the generosity and kindness extended to him by party men and women, the peoples democratic party chairmanship candidate in Lagelu, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen said he’s very proud of each and every of his party faithfuls and leaders— for believing that “only together- by each and everyone’s support, can it be possible”.
