Transforming PMS Under The Dynamic Leadership Of Alhaji Tomiwa Omolewa (Tommy) By AY Telecoms

In the annals of the Oyo State Park Management System (PMS), a new chapter has dawned under the resolute leadership of Alhaji Tomiwa Omolewa, affectionately known as Tommy. His tenure as Chairman has been nothing short of transformative, heralding a wave of positive changes that have revolutionized the landscape of PMS operations. Under his stewardship, PMS has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis, emerging as a beacon of efficiency, professionalism, and integrity.

Some of the undeniable transformational accomplishments of the new PMS are mentioned thus:
Proper Allocation of Responsibilities:
Gone are the days when dysfunctionality marred the fabric of PMS operations. Under Alhaji Tommy’s leadership, there is now a meticulous allocation of responsibilities to all office holders, ensuring that every individual fulfills their duties without disruption. This departure from the previous administration’s unilateral approach has fostered a culture of collaboration and accountability within PMS.

Disciplinary Measures and Justice:
The era of jungle justice within PMS is now consigned to history. Alhaji Tommy has instituted proper disciplinary and correctional measures, ensuring that culprits are dealt with in accordance with due process. Wrongdoers are now handed over to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where necessary, marking a significant departure from the arbitrary practices of the past.

Eradication of Hooliganism and Substance Abuse:
Under Alhaji Tommy’s leadership, hooliganism and the scourge of substance abuse have been eradicated from PMS operations. Strict prohibitions against smoking of Indian hemp and the sale of strong alcoholic drinks in parks have been enforced, fostering a safe and conducive environment for all stakeholders.

Enhanced Security Measures:
Alhaji Tommy has prioritized the safety and security of PMS members and commuters alike. Compulsory practices such as the filling of passengers’ manifestos and stringent checks of waybill messages have been implemented to prevent the movement of dangerous or prohibited items, bolstering security measures across PMS parks.

Professionalism and Neatness:
A new era of professionalism has dawned within PMS, symbolized by the immaculate appearance of all workers and members. Alhaji Tommy’s emphasis on neatness and professionalism has instilled a sense of pride and dignity among PMS personnel, reflecting positively on the organization’s image.

Fair Distribution of Benefits and Inclusivity:
Under Alhaji Tommy’s astute leadership, there is now a fair and just distribution of benefits within PMS. Over 15 members have been bestowed with the gift of new vehicles, a testament to the Chairman’s commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. Furthermore, Alhaji Tommy’s inclusive approach has seen over 90% of unionists integrated into PMS, fostering unity and cohesion within the organization.

Acknowledgment of His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde’s Support:
None of these remarkable achievements would have been possible without the unwavering support and guidance of His Excellency, Governor Oluwaseyi Makinde. Governor Makinde’s visionary leadership and commitment to good governance have provided the enabling environment for Alhaji Tommy to implement his transformative agenda within PMS.

Organization of Seminars and Trainings:
Under the leadership of Alhaji Tomiwa Omolewa, PMS has prioritized the continuous professional development of its officials and stakeholders through the organization of various seminars and trainings. Recognizing the importance of staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, Alhaji Tommy has facilitated opportunities for skill enhancement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Through these seminars and trainings, PMS officials have gained valuable insights into emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks, and customer service strategies, among other pertinent topics.

These initiatives have not only equipped officials with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles but have also contributed to the overall improvement of service delivery within PMS.

Good to conclude that, Alhaji Tommy’s tenure as Chairman of PMS has heralded a new era of efficiency, professionalism, and inclusivity.

His remarkable achievements stand as a testament to his visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to advancing the interests of PMS stakeholders. With the continued support of Governor Makinde and the collective efforts of all stakeholders, the future of PMS under Alhaji Tommy’s leadership is indeed bright and promising.
