The wait is over as the much-anticipated Southwest derby takes center stage today, Sunday, September 7, at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan, where Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) will battle Ikorodu City FC in a clash of pride and passion.

Kickoff is set for 4:00 PM, and supporters of the Oluyole Warriors are being called upon to turn out in their thousands to fill the stands and cheer the team to victory in the ongoing Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) 2026 season.

Southwest derbies are renowned for their intensity, and today’s fixture is expected to be no different as both teams fight not only for crucial points but also for regional bragging rights.

Fans in Ibadan and beyond are urged to come in mass and create a charged atmosphere that will spur the Warriors on in their quest for glory.

With high stakes, local pride, and electrifying football on display, Adamasingba is the place to be this evening.
