The Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland and Chairman of Solutions 93.9FM, Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims in Ibadan South West, Oyo State, Nigeria, and across the world on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Mawlud celebration.
In his goodwill message, Oloye Adegoke described Eid-el-Mawlud as a unique moment of spiritual reflection and renewal, urging the Muslim faithful to deepen their commitment to the exemplary life and noble virtues of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
He emphasized that the Prophet’s message of truth, justice, and compassion remains relevant in addressing today’s societal challenges, particularly in promoting harmony, peace, and mutual respect among diverse communities.
“As we rejoice in the blessings of Eid-el-Mawlud, let us rededicate ourselves to the timeless values of humility, sincerity, and brotherhood which the Holy Prophet lived for.
By doing so, we can strengthen our collective resolve to build a peaceful, prosperous, and united society,” Adegoke said.
The Ibadan-born philanthropist and community leader also prayed for Allah’s guidance and abundant blessings upon all families in Ibadan South West, Oyo State, Nigeria, and the global Muslim Ummah.
He further urged everyone to celebrate with moderation and extend hands of love and kindness to the less privileged.
“May this Eid-el-Mawlud bring renewed hope, enduring peace, and greater progress to our dear state and nation,” he added.
