*FIBSU Nat’l President, TIMFAK Alleged of Misappropriation of Funds, Abuse of Constitution, Sale of Union Bus*

A ‘Committed of Concerned FIBSU National’ group have raised certain allegations against the outgoing President, Mr Fakolade Anuoluwapo popularly known as Timfak.

In a statement made available to newsmen, Timfak was alleged to have sold two buses meant for running the affairs union, misappropriation of funds and also abuse of the constitution.

According to the report, Timfak has spent 3years in office as against the one year tenure as stipulated by the Union constitution.

The statement reads: *FAKOLADE ANUOLUWAPO TIMFAK, FINANCIAL MISAPPROPRIATION AND THE UNION*

Fakolade Anuoluwapo aka Timfak was elected as the FIBSU National President on the 6th of November 2021 and was sworn in in December of that year. November 6th of this year make it 3 years that he was elected.

Sir, since the inception of his administration, he has repeatedly violated the Constitution of the union, and acted in disregard to the integrity of the union he’s supposed to protect. The constitution stipulates one year of tenure.

Surprisingly, TIMFAK alongside two others sold the union bus, We know this will surprise you all, today, the Union no longer has a bus because TIMFAK sold it. He should defend himself to FIBSUITES.

Furthermore, there’s an online allegation of financial misappropriation by the president, he has repeatedly used the union to lobby for personal gains from individuals and projecting the union in a bad light, the recent one of those allegations was the Kola-Daisi Bursary awarded before the last General Election.

It was reported that he collected over a #2,000,000 from the Senator Candidate of Accord Party in the 2023 General Election in Oyo South, and distributed less than a #150,000 for students at #10,000 each, majority of chapters that were supposed to be included were shut out while he reduced the ones he gave from 2 slot each to 1, while some didn’t get anything, yet he included their names in the proposal submitted to Mr Kolapo Kola-Daisi.

TIMFAK should explain to the general public how he sold the union bus and those he shared the money with.

Fakolade Anuoluwapo TIMFAK should answer to the sale of the union bus, and other financial allegations against him, most especially the Mr Kolapo Kola-Daisi.
