Ibadan North Council Chairman, Olufade Celebrates Mogaji Toba-Olumide And OCAT On Their Birthdays

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has joined family, friends, and political associates to celebrate two distinguished personalities, Mogaji Samuel Toba-Olumide and Olusegun C. A. Taiwo (OCAT), as they mark their birthdays today, September 2, 2025.

Hon. Olufade, in his congratulatory message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu Ajibola, described Mogaji Toba-Olumide, a former Oyo State House of Assembly aspirant and publisher of Bishopwee Media, as a loyal brother, a consistent party man, and a selfless stakeholder whose passion for the growth of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North and Oyo State has been remarkable.

“Mogaji Toba-Olumide represents loyalty, humility, and a genuine desire to see others excel.

He has been a dependable ally, a bridge-builder, and a progressive voice in our political family.

I celebrate him today with prayers for long life, sound health, and divine prosperity,” Olufade said.

On Olusegun C. A. Taiwo, fondly known as OCAT, the Publisher of 9ja News 24/7, the Ibadan North Council boss commended his dedication to journalism and passion for truthful reportage.
