Governor Makinde’s administration has repeatedly emphasized that real estate is not just about buildings, but about creating sustainable communities that enhance quality of life and drive economic prosperity.

His leadership in prioritizing housing, infrastructure, and urban development has not only boosted investor confidence but also repositioned Oyo as a hub of opportunities in Nigeria.

This second edition of the Oyo State Real Estate Conference is expected to consolidate on the foundation already laid, offering fresh perspectives and practical solutions that align with the governor’s vision of a modern, prosperous, and people-centered Oyo State.
