The Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has showered glowing tributes on Hon. Kunle Busari, a prominent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain from Ibadan South West Local Government, as he marks his birthday.
