Senator Yunus Akintunde Commiserates With the Family of Elder Abiodun Amoo and APC Lagelu Constituency.

The Distinguished Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Yunus Akintunde Abiodun, has expressed heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and political associates of the late Elder Abiodun Amoo, a respected leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagelu Local Government Area, who passed away after a brief illness.

In his condolence message, Senator Yunus Akintunde described Elder Amoo’s passing as a great loss to the APC family in Lagelu and to him personally. He noted that the deceased was a transformational leader whose contributions and political legacy will continue to shape the growth and progress of Lagelu Local Government.

The Senator further extolled Elder Amoo as a man of integrity, a committed progressive, and a leader who always stood by his words.

It would be recalled that the late Elder Abiodun Amoo served as the Chairman of the APC Zoning Committee in Lagelu in 2022 and had also served in various capacities within the party, where he distinguished himself as a reliable and visionary leader.

While praying for the peaceful repose of his soul, Senator Akintunde asked Almighty God to grant the bereaved family the strength and comfort needed to bear this painful loss.
