The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has joined well-wishers to celebrate the birthday of Opeyemi Rasheed Socrates, the Oyo-born publisher of Heritage Echo and Head of Media at the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development.
In his goodwill message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Hon. Olufade described Socrates as “a dedicated journalist and youth advocate who has distinguished himself through balanced reportage and impactful contributions to the growth of media practice in Oyo State.”
He noted that as the Head of Media at the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, the celebrant has played a significant role in projecting the voices of young people and promoting their potential for leadership and innovation.
“On this special occasion of his birthday, I celebrate a brother, a friend, and an industrious young man whose works speak volumes of commitment, courage, and passion.
May God bless him with many more fruitful years in sound health, wisdom, and prosperity,” Hon. Olufade stated.
The Ibadan North helmsman further appreciated Socrates for using his platform, Heritage Echo, not only to inform but also to inspire, urging him to continue his remarkable service to journalism and youth development.
