Ido LG, NGO Offer Free Medical Screening to Council Staff

The staff screening exercise at Ido Local Government held today, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, was a huge success. The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Bashorun Akinwole,

Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Adebowale Adedeji, Leader of the House in Ido LG, representing the Chairman of Ido LG, along with other supervisory councilors.

Others in attendance included Dr. Mrs. Riskat Ayodele Busari, HLGA Ido LG, and Mrs. Mosunmola Oyewale, HLGA Omi Apata, Director of Administration Mrs. Titi Adesina, Director of Finance Mr. Joel Gbadebo, Director of Finance LGSC Mr. Olabiyi, Director of Budget LGSC, Establishment Officers LGSC Mr. Hamzat and Mrs. Dolapo Molomo, and all staff of Ido LG.

During the event, PS Deacon Taiwo Adewale of the Local Government Service Commission admonished the staff of Ido LG to be diligent and committed to their duties, urging them to be “up and doing” in their responsibilities.

He also gave kudos to Oyo State Governor Engr Seyi Makinde for his efforts on the recent recruitment exercise in Oyo State, noting that Ido LG has a significant share of the recruited staff.
