Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, Chairman of Lagelu Local Government has on Wednesday paid a historic visit to Nutslink Limited, a newly established cashew processing facility in Ile-Igbon, commending its role in driving global economic growth and sustainable empowerment.

During his tour of the facility on Wednesday, Hon. Kamorudeen praised Nutslink’s advanced processing operations, which aim to position Nigeria as a key player in the global cashew market.

“Your decision to establish this remarkable facility here is a testament to the conducive environment created by Governor Seyi Makinde’s investor-friendly policies, which have been a game-changer for Oyo State’s economic landscape.”

He tied Nutslink’s mission to the state’s broader economic vision, noting that Governor Makinde’s policies—such as improved infrastructure and investment incentives—have attracted businesses like Nutslink, positioning Oyo State as a hub for industrial growth.

“The dualization of Akobo-Olohunda Road and projects like Wofun-Kute Road complement ventures like this, ensuring seamless connectivity for investors,” he said.
