A member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan North Constituency 2, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, popularly known as the Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assembly, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the federal lawmaker representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Hon. Abass Adigun, fondly known as Agboworin.
