Hijrah: Agboworin Congratulates Muslims, Urges Prayers For Gov. Makinde To End Well In Office

Lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency, Rep. Abass Adigun (Agboworin), has extended his warm congratulations to Muslims in Oyo State, Nigeria, and around the world on the occasion of Hijrah 1447 AH.

In a statement, Agboworin urged the Muslim Ummah to continue doing good work, assuring them of ample rewards.

He emphasized the significance of the Hijrah, which commemorates the migration of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Makkah to Madinah, and encouraged Muslims to use this symbolic festival to pray for the govenor of the state to end his administration well.

The lawmaker commended the Muslim Ummah for their support and encouraged them to continue backing the policies and initiatives of the governor, which are well targeted at promoting the well-being of Oyo State residents.

While stressing the importance of sustaining religious tolerance, harmony, and good neighborliness, Agboworin encouraged Muslims to use the occasion to keep faith with the curent administration towards the betterment of Oyo State.
