As he marks his sixth year of service in the 10th Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Saminu Rilwan Gbadamosi, the representative of Atisbo/Saki East State Constituency, has extended heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, and the resilient people of his constituency for their enduring trust, support, and partnership.


In a statement issued to commemorate the anniversary, Hon. Gbadamosi described his legislative journey so far as one built on the pillars of accountability, grassroots development, and unwavering dedication to the collective good of his people. He credited every recorded progress to divine guidance and the collaborative spirit that binds him with his constituents.
“I deeply appreciate Governor Seyi Makinde for his transformational leadership and the inclusive atmosphere he has created for lawmakers to serve effectively. His support has been instrumental in enabling us to champion impactful initiatives across Atisbo and Saki East,” he said.

Since taking office in June 1999, Hon. Gbadamosi has prioritized community empowerment, educational advancement, and infrastructural development through various constituency-based projects and strategic legislative advocacy. He has also sponsored and supported several people-oriented motions and bills aimed at amplifying the voices of rural communities and enhancing their welfare.


“These achievements are not mine alone—they are the result of the unity, encouragement, and sacrifice of the people of Atisbo and Saki East, and the unwavering backing of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). I dedicate every milestone to them,” he added.

Reaffirming his commitment to transparency and responsive governance, Hon. Gbadamosi pledged to intensify efforts in delivering more dividends of democracy in the remaining years of his tenure. He emphasized that his vision remains rooted in sustainable development and inclusive representation.
As he looks forward to deeper engagements and broader impact, the lawmaker called on all constituents to remain united, prayerful, and supportive. “Together, we can build a stronger future for Atisbo/Saki East,” he said.
