Oyo Former Commissioner for Works and Transport, Professor Abdul-Rahman Rapheal Afonja, has extended his warm congratulations to Governor Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his sixth year anniversary in office, praising his achievements and commitment to the well-being of Oyo citizens.
