Hon. Lanre Sarumi Congratulates Ibadan North Legislative Members on One Year in Office

As the legislative members of Ibadan North Local Government mark their one year in office, Hon. Lanre Sarumi, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the last general election, has extended his heartfelt congratulations and commendation for their dedicated service and outstanding contributions to the development of the local government area.

In a statement released today, Hon. Sarumi praised the legislative arm for their unwavering commitment to grassroots development and the welfare of the people of Ibadan North. He emphasized the pivotal role the councilors have played in supporting policies and initiatives that have brought progress and stability to the local government under the leadership of Hon. Seun Olufade.

“I heartily congratulate the legislative council of Ibadan North on the milestone of one year in office. Your collective efforts and dedication have been instrumental in fostering peace, development, and good governance in our local government,” Hon. Sarumi stated.

“I particularly commend your steadfast support for our council chairman, Hon. Seun Olufade. Hon. Sarumi urged the councilors to remain steadfast in their responsibility to represent the good people of Ibadan North, especially the voices from the grassroots. He called on them to continue championing the progressive vision of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, whose administration has continued to deliver impactful governance across Oyo State.
