Hon Kehinde Giwa, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Federal House of Representatives hopeful for the Ibadan NorthWest/SouthWest Federal Constituency, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Hon. Rahman Adepoju and Hon. Kehinde Akande, Executive Chairmen of Ibadan NorthWest and Ibadan SouthWest Local Governments respectively, on the occasion of their four years in office.
Giwa praised the duo for their steadfast commitment to grassroots development, effective governance, and dedication to the welfare of the people within their jurisdictions since assuming office in 2021.
“I warmly congratulate Hon. Adepoju and Hon. Akande on this remarkable milestone. Their service over the past four years has brought commendable transformation to our local communities. Their leadership is a testament to the PDP’s people-focused ideology,” Giwa said in a statement.
He also applauded the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, for providing the enabling environment for effective local governance, as well as the strategic guidance of Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, Secretary of the PDP in Oyo State, and all party stakeholders for their unwavering support and coordination.
Giwa further used the opportunity to felicitate with the good people of Ibadan NorthWest, Ibadan SouthWest, and the entire state, expressing optimism about the future of the PDP and Oyo State under progressive and inclusive governance.
