The member representing Lagelu State Constituency in Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Olajide Akintunde AKT has lauded the Chairman Lagelu local government, Mr Mudashiru Kamorudeen for his unwavering commitment to grassroot development, youth engagement and active in governance over the past one fruitful year in office.
In a release through Apollo Media, Hon AKT Celebrates the outstanding performance of the council chairman’s 1st Anniversary Celebration, the lawmaker highlighted the pivotal and significant developmental projects, youth inclusion in decision-making processes, asserting that such involvement is essential for the local’s sustainable development and progress.
“Mr Kamorudeen’s dedication to fostering infrastructure, community engagement and youth participation in governance are truly commendable.
His initiatives have not only benefitted the residents of the local council but also create platforms for young minds to express their ideas.”
He stressed that Kamoru’s vibrancy makes him indispensable and relevant, and his people’s inclusivity initiative have earned him the respect and excellence recognition.
“Under Kamorudeen’s leadership, Lagelu local council has witnessed several programs aimed at equipping youths with necessary skills and opportunities.
These include innovation training, entrepreneurship workshops, and leadership development seminars, all designed to prepare the younger generation for active roles in the state’s socio-economic landscape”, assembly man said.
Hon AKT also called for continued collaboration among stakeholders in the local government to ensure progress and stability in the area. He concluded by wishing the chairman greater success in the years ahead as he continues to lead the local government.
