The Honourable Member representing Atisbo/Saki-East State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly and Chairman, House Committee on Health, Hon. Saminu Riliwan Gbadamosi JP, popularly known as Wale Canada, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Alhaji Tajudeen Tunde Badmus on his recent appointment as a member of the Governing Council of the Oyo State College of Education, Lanlate.

In a statement issued through his media office, Hon. Wale Canada described the appointment of Alhaji Badmus—a former Vice Chairman of Saki-East Local Government—as a well-deserved recognition of his long-standing commitment to public service and community development.

The lawmaker lauded the decision of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, for selecting credible and experienced individuals to serve on the council, adding that the appointments reflect the Governor’s unwavering commitment to strengthening the education sector across the state.

“I warmly congratulate Alhaji Tajudeen Tunde Badmus and all newly appointed members of the Governing Council. Their wealth of experience and dedication to public service will undoubtedly contribute significantly to the development of the College of Education, Lanlate, and the educational progress of Oyo State as a whole,” he stated.

Hon. Wale Canada further expressed his best wishes to all appointees as they embark on this new chapter of service, urging them to remain focused, transparent, and committed to excellence in the discharge of their duties.
