Honourable Babatunde George Ige (BGI) has extended warm congratulations to Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran, Chairman of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), on being honoured with the prestigious Most Distinguished Ibadan Indigene Award.

This recognition is a confirmation to his outstanding contributions to the development of Oyo State, particularly in the education sector.

A Commitment to Educational Excellence
Under Dr. Adeniran’s leadership, SUBEB has made significant strides in improving the quality of basic education in Oyo State.

A notable achievement is the recruitment of 5,600 primary school teachers and 80 caregivers, which aims to enhance the learning experience for students and provide support to schools.

This initiative demonstrates Dr. Adeniran’s commitment to empowering teachers and improving educational outcomes.

BGI joins the people of Oyo State and the broader community in celebrating Dr. Adeniran’s remarkable achievement. The Most Distinguished Ibadan Indigene Award is a well-deserved recognition of his hard work, vision, and service to the state.

BGI noted that this accolade serves as an inspiration to future generations of Oyo indigenes, demonstrating the impact that dedicated individuals can have on their communities. BGI commends Dr. Adeniran for his tireless efforts and looks forward to continued progress in Oyo State’s development.

Once again, BGI congratulates Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran on this prestigious award. May this recognition inspire continued excellence and innovation in the pursuit of educational development and community growth.
