The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Barr. AbdulRaheem Adebayo Lawal, was today celebrated with warm tributes as he marks another year of life, leadership, and service.
Among the dignitaries who extended their heartfelt wishes is the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. (Mrs) Toyin Balogun, who penned a touching birthday message praising the Deputy Governor’s exceptional character and unwavering dedication.
